All AACI CancerBlog comments are moderated by AACI staff.  Comments should be respectful and appropriate. Posted comments and images are not intended as medical advice and do not necessarily represent the views of the Association of American Cancer Institutes. External, non-AACI links on this site do not constitute official endorsement on behalf of AACI. AACI may not agree with or endorse comments that individuals post on our pages, but its goal is to share as many ideas and as much information as possible.

A comment will be deleted if it contains:

• Profanity, obscenity or vulgarity
• Defamatory statements
• Name calling and/or personal attacks
• Service or product promotion
• Email address link(s)
• Copyright infringement
• Spam, including the same comment posted repeatedly
• Other content that AACI deems inappropriate

Please remain “on-topic” with comments. Comments must relate to the topic being discussed within the blog post or to a previous comment within the same comment thread.

Links posted as comments on AACI CancerBlog posts will be reviewed and may be deleted. Repeated violations of the comment policy may result in the author being blocked from commenting. If you find an inappropriate comment on this blog, please email with a link to the blog post.
